Tell me, Little Sister
If you can still hear me,
Is heaven much more wonderful
Than you envisioned it would be?
So many things that went unsaid
As we traveled along life's way
And words just can't do justice
To all I meant to say.
I could reminisce for hours
And shed buckets full of tears
As I recall sweet memories
We've made in these short years.
Over twenty years I waited
For a sister such as You;
One I could confide in
And tell my trouble to.
I miss your cheerful smile...
And your presence round' this place.
Heaven gained a jewel on earth;
With abundant charm and grace.
We did so much together
And I think you always knew
That "special place" in my heart
Could be filled by only You.
I tried to always be there,
Like any Big Sister would.
Now you're always there for me
As only an angel could
I feel your confidence and love
While making choices for the day
My Guardian Angel, My Sister...
You're in my life to stay!
