I know God has a plan for all mankind
And a purpose for leaving a spouse behind.
Please dry your eyes and press ahead.
I'm certain there is nothing, no, nothing to dread.
Thank God for Jesus coming down to earth
To offer Salvation's Spiritual rebirth.
And look deep in your heart and into your mind
For, there's where my "love" you can'always find.
Just give Jesus the pieces of your broken heart.
He'll comfort and heal and give you a new start.
Thank God for fair days and the storms we did weather.
Please cherish the time we've had together.
God said I had finished what He desired me to do
But He still has a purpose and a need of YOU.
If there's a unfinished task that you happen to find
Please finish it for me, I'm sure you won't mind.
Yes, there's plenty of tasks God has planned
So trust Him completely and hold tight His hand.
Ask God to guide you and help you to find
That divine purpose you were left behind.
Make the most of your life and don't feel dismay
For Almighty God has planned it this way.
So, when you've finished the work God planned
He'll call you home and there I'll stand.
Then Heaven's ETERNAL BLISS will be ours to share.
Nothing on earth could possibly compare.
We'll walk the golden streets and never grow old,
And that's just the beginning of
pleasures untold.
