My Letter: Written eighteen days after Mary Died.
Dear Ones,We feel so privileged to have had the opportunity of being Mary's parents.
What a "blessing" God bestowed on us when He trusted us enough to LOAN Mary to us for a while.
We praise the Lord for all our blessings; both those blessing which we recognize as wonderful experiences or happenings, and for those blessing which are deeply hidden beneath trials, burdens, pain and sorrow.
Mary glowed with an inner beauty which drew people close to her. Mary spread the beauty of the love of Jesus to every one she met.
We always knew Mary was a tremendous blessing from God. She had always been a very special person.
We cannot "grieve". To grieve would be rebelling against God's WILL.
We can only PRAISE God for the "big piece of pie" He gave us when He gave us Mary!
We will not act like piggish, greedy brats, wanting MORE of the PIE!
We graciously accept what God has allowed us to enjoy - and we count all of the blessing God has given and continues to give.
Mary was: "A Gift From Heaven, So Loving, Sweet and Kind,
Returned To Him, Yet In Our Hearts, Enshrined"
We'll sing God's praises, always!
And Mary will be near and dear in our hearts and minds, Always..
Love,
Mary Kay
and family
